3 Rising Stars IN Pro Wrestling
I am here to tell you people about 3 stars I think that are on a major rise in this sport and there is only 3 of them. I will start off with the one that is slowly rising.
Samoa Joe: I put him as the slowest rising because that is what he is . He could have been the hottest thing in wrestling a couple of months ago but with the wonderful booking in TNA they have made him a main eventer but not their champion. Now he is rising a little bit but a few more bad booking decisions and he could become a one of the fastest falling stars in pro wrestling. Every like to pick out the next big thing from time to time and he was quoted by some as being that when he debuted but now it looks like he could go the way of the next big failure. In a years time we should look back and see if things have gotten worse or better.
Ken Kennedy: This was a tough one becasue these next 2 picks are equally rising fast but a few small things have added up to stop him to be one of the top stars now. Like my football coach says it may be a little thing but in the end it all adds up to be a big thing. Like Kennedy’s injuries. He could be a top star now because he won the money in the bank match but since he had to give it up because of injury, it halted his rise to the top. Yeah WWE may find more ways to make him a top star but he could be a top star now if it wasn’t for that injury. Plus when he first debuted, he started to get hot then he got injured and everyone almost forgot about him so that has halted him. If you take those 2 things away, he could have been a WWE champion by now.
CM Punk: At first I didn’t see much in him but now just a little over a year since he debuted, he is the ECW champion and the fans love him. If you watched ECW last Tuesday and saw him win that title you would know exactly what I am talking about. When he won that belt the place erupted and the fans were jumping up and down. Now you tell me, when was the last time you have seen the WWE or World title change hands and have that much excitement. I can’t recall how long but you mark my words, if he stays healthy, it is just a matter of time until he is the top star in the industry and he is off to a good start.
Thanks for reading. this is the only way you will hear me talk about wrestling until about mid October when I call back in to Pro Wrestling Radio. I am on hiatus because of school, football, and my job so I can’t find the time. Also I will be going to Monday Night Raw this week so that should be fun and I will write a post about how fun it was.
