Pacman Jones and TNA

Alright I dont know a whole lot on this story because I haven’t been able to follow along all that well with football and everything but here is my take on the whole situation. I think that getting Pacman Jones to come to TNA could’ve brought TNA to new heights. You may be thinking that is what everyone says when TNA gets a former wrestling headliner on their roster but this is different. You see when TNA gets these former headliners it really sjouldn’t give them a boost because these guys have been seen and watched long enough and there is a reason why they are not major players anymore. But with Pacman Jones, with him being so controversial in the NFL and everyone wants to see him do something since he can’t play, then why not get him when people want to see him do something. He is a natural athlete so you wouldn’t have to do to much to get him to do certain things but you would have to teach him how to wrestle. He from what it sounds like does have good talking skills so that is a plus. Another thing I am thinking is that this whole thing with the Titans putting a restraining order on him and everything may just be a work to get extra publicity to TNA for this thing and drag some NFL fans over to their product. I may be barking up the wrong tree on that but never say never in the sport of professional wrestling because anything is possible. I do know though that TNA had him suffer an injury at their show so that may be just a reason for TNA to get rid of him without just doing it out of the blue, at least give a reason why he is gone and work it into a storyline. That is my take on this whole ordeal but again, I haven’t been able to follow it to close.

One more thing my condolences go out to the family of Bryan Adams formerly known as Crush in the WWF in the early ’90’s. No one has said what the cause was but I have already heard the word steroids being linked to this so who knows. Some news people have already said things like think back to Chris Benoit and that just disgusts me. I can see treating the whole Benoit thing the way they did because it was pretty out there but to now just cover a prowrestlers death even though he hasn’t done anything in 6 years really drives me nuts to think this thing could be all wrestling and steroids related. I will even bet you that if another wrestler died in a car accident the media would even say that was steroids related. I mean reall give it a rest now.
